Mike Alafaci has consulted to corporations all over the world, including Australia, New Zealand, South Asia, Europe and the USA. He has lived in Australia and the USA, gaining experience in consulting to shop-floor engineers in supply chain and logistics; Human Resource Managers on business change and cultural development and; to Senior Management in business development and strategy. Mike has trained hundreds of consultants and clients in professional training and certification programs.

Business Leader

From 1994 – 2002 Mike Alafaci served as an executive-level leader at SAP Australia and SAP America. His leadership style, measured world-wide against company results ranked among the top in Staff Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction and Business Revenue and Profitability results. His sales and business development records show a consistent +200% performance. Mike managed Global US client programs in a collaborative, business venture style. Mike is proud to be a trusted advisor to organisations and individuals. In the 10 years Prior to this Mike designed and implemented HR and Logistics systems and change management programs.

Mike’s philosophy on leadership is that leadership is a process not a position. He believes that leaders must lead by caring about their people, their clients and their bottom line. This is Mike’s Iron Triangle and is a positive powerbase for all concerned. Any of the three triangle sides can change, but not without impact on the others. Problems encountered are an opportunity for positive change. Where there is a problem, there is passion. This is why problems should be harnessed not hushed.

As a result of Mike’s practical experiences in the corporate world, he decided to package his in-depth knowledge and keen understanding of the complexities of business culture into a consulting firm - Lifeware Coaching.

Professional Coach

In 2004, Mike studied Professional Coaching with the Life Coaching Academy, an internationally recognised professional coaching body certified by the International Coach Federation. He has coached executives, leaders, individuals, sales people, strategic planners, consultants and specialist PhD graduates. Mike is the Founder of Lifeware Coaching who specialise in Programs for Individuals and Organisations in:

Mike originally attended Technical College in Sydney, Australia as an undergraduate to study IT and Business Administration. Mike is currently attending The Australian College of Applied Psychology to complete a 3yr degree in Social Sciences and Counselling. He currently resides in Brisbane, Australia and works with clients around Australia and in the USA.
